HEAT PEANUTS
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Trent Reed offers a behind the scenes look into his fragile and alienated mind with his stunning debut release, The Feline Mind Control Experiment. Producer Paul Petrosyan pushed Mr. Reed to the very limits of sanity whilst recording an album that can only be described as "weird rock". Furthermore, designer Tyler Etters consumed gratuitous quantities of the titular peanut product during the design sessions, ensuring the utmost viscosity. Accounts of Arthur Zdrinc's mastering debacle are still scattered and hazy. Yes, this fleeting 4-track EP has already deeply touched the souls of these men; let The Feline Mind Control Experiment touch yours today!
INTERVIEW
EFS: How does it feel, Mr. Reed, to finally release your album? You've been working on it for almost two decades and now that it's time for your face to be plastered all over the tabloids from Titicaca to Kalamazoo.TRENT: *ahem* You got a pen ready?
EFS: Oh, do I ever have a pen ready.
TRENT: Well the thing about this kind of thing is... *a long, empty pause, an awkward cough, blurred voices in the background* ...and that's all I really have to say about that.
